What a visit includes, how we schedule and how billing works.
Billing
Season mowing is billed monthly from May to October. Everything else is billed as a one-time job and quoted before we start.
What a visit includes
We do the work set out in your quote. If any of it is not right, tell us and we will come back and put it right.
Rain
We cut when the grass is dry. Mowing moved by rain is rescheduled.
Access
You can be out when we visit. When you sign up we go through gates, dogs, irrigation heads and anything fragile with you, and it is kept in our confidential customer records so whoever rides your route knows how to get onto the property safely.
